In 2009, he founded Right Advisors and later ABS Business Services, successfully building scalable HR and outsourcing organizations. He also brought global executive search firm Glasford International to India.

A qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with 15+ years of experience with ICICI Bank, KPMG, Deloitte, and Gulf Audit (Bahrain).

She leads ABS Business Services Pvt Ltd under the umbrella of Right Advisors, managing Accounts & Finance Outsourcing, Payroll, Labour Compliance, GST, TDS Filing, and Sales Outsourcing for India and overseas markets.
