Mr. Himanshu Bansal is a Law Graduate and Post Graduate in Business Management. He has over 24 years of experience. In his corporate journey with Voltas, he got to work in Middle East with over 30 nationalities and that gave him a very good global perspective and understanding of various cultures. To his credit, while working with Tecnova, he hired Leadership team for over 40 global start ups in India coming from various countries and from various industries. In 2009, he chose to be an entrepreneur. Since then he has successfully build 2 companies; “Right Advisors” & “ABS Business Services” and brought 2 global organization “Glasford International” & “Discover Assessment” to India.

Mr. Jagjit Singh is a seasoned & business oriented HR & change leader with more than three decades of multiple industry, Indian & International experience. An MBA by education (1989), He has worked across companies like the TATA group, HUL, HSBC, E&Y, Fidelity, Deustche Bank and PwC. A multifaceted business enabler, He has proven credentials around restructuring (including industrial relations), change management, capability building, organization design, leadership succession, employee experience digitization and work culture enablement to achieve better market revenue / share, restore margins and drive profitability. He now engages cross border the gig way and spends the rest of his time coaching young entrepreneurs & change leaders. He is an outcome-focused person / professional coach with a passion for transforming organizations, coaching young talent to become leaders and partnering with CEO’s / Founders to build a thriving culture as they scale up.

Ms. Shalu Bansal is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with 19 years of work experience. She has worked with Organizations – ICICI Bank, KPMG, Deloitte, GulfAudit (Bahrain). She is currently running ABS Business Services Pvt Ltd under the umbrella of Right Advisors Pvt Ltd which is into Accounts, Taxation and Finance Outsourcing, Sales Outsourcing, Contractual Staffing, Managed services, Payroll, Statutory compliance management and Outsourcing for both India and Overseas Market.
